A player gets automaticly a Popup to view the Admins and Rules of the Server.
Installation
Upload the folder rules into cstrike/addons/eventscripts
Add es_xload rules to your autoexec.cfg
Restart your Server.

Added external configuration file. This makes it much easier to add new rules and you can now also add a better description to this rule and a punishment (what will happen to the user when he breaks this rule)
You no longer need to add your Adminnames. This will be automaticly saved in a Database. Now your Admins are specified by STEAMID.
Added show_to_admin Variable, which allows to send the rules ONLY to normal users.
Popups should be easier to handle now and give more options.

Upload Addon
