Once Slowed, They Slowly regain Full speed Until the flash has completely worn off. I thought it was kind of strange that when someone gets blinded in CS they don't slow down. In real life, if you get flashed by a flashbang, You'd probably be walking really slow. If you weren't already on your knees covering your ears that is...
