This Script Slows Down People When They get Flashbanged.
The Stronger The Flash, The Slower The Person Moves.
Once Slowed, They Slowly regain Full speed Until the flash has completely worn off.

I thought it was kind of strange that when someone gets blinded in CS they don't slow down. In real life, if you get flashed by a flashbang, You'd probably be walking really slow.

This Script Has Absolutely Nothing That You need to configure to make it work! AND, It doesn't even need ES Tools!

Installation

Simply Extract the zip file to your cstrike folder and put the line:

es_load slowflash

into your autoexec.cfg.
