Description

When a player types "!rules" into chat, a popup will appear listing all the rules of the server.

Installation

1. Place all files into your server's cstrike directory.
2. Open your server's config file (server.cfg). Found in cstrike/cfg.
3. Add this line "es_load rules"
4. Restart your server, open game and enjoy.

In this version it is just a simple popup, in later versions I will make it appear when a player joins and to play they must press Accept.
