This addon is similar to the rules systems you have seen before. It is triggered when somebody says !rules.
The difference is the rules are broken into topics. Initially the rules come with jail break style to show how it can be used. The first pop up has things such as:
1. General rules
2. T rules
3. ...
This is so when search rules you just push 1 and get your list of rules. Making it easier to find what you want rather then having to go through 4+ pages to find a rule.
Also has menu's within menu's
E.g
Main Menu
6. Last Requestion
then within that there is
Last request
1. Shot for Shot (S4S)
2. Gun toss
etc.
The addon is also commented nicely to allow beginners to easily change it to suit there server requirements.
Installation
Unzip the folder "addons", into your cstrike folder in your server.
..\cstrike
And in your
Unzip the folder "cfg", into your cstrike folder in your server
..\cstrike

The current version has the proper file stucture along with the autoexec file so no research has to be made for it to work. just drop both files into cstrike load up your server/dedicated server and it'll work.
