I wanted to make a noblock script so here it is.
Its very simple.

Installation
Add the script to "cstrike/addons/eventscripts/"
Next put this in the autoexec.cfg "es_load noblock"
(cstrike/cfg directory)
Last restart your server or just changemap :)
