Installation
Just Copy the lowratefix folder into your Eventscripts folder
"cstrike/addons/eventscripts/"
and add es_load lowratesfix to your autoexec.cfg

Autokicks the player with a Msg soon as they change rate or cl_updaterate or cl_cmdrate Ingame.
Player LowrateFix Welcome Message is included.
