LowRateFIX cl_updaterate 101

LowRateFIX cl_interpolate 1
LowRateFIX cl_interp 0.01
Autokicks the player with a Msg soon as they change rate or cl_updaterate or cl_cmdrate Ingame.
Player LowrateFix Welcome Message is included.
