I saw the much "rule" popups in the last time, but that are most the same^^
now, i tried to make a "rule" popup but with a easy edit
Adding Rules:
Just open the grettings database with Notepad++, PSpad or something like that and easly edit the rules displayed in the menu
Commands:
!rules
!regeln
both are the same they will open the rule menu
Installation
Install it like the other plugins and write
"es_xload grettings" in your autoexec.cfg
