Go into the "\cstrike\addons\eventscripts" folder.
copy the folder "rules" file into it.
Go into the "cstrike\cfg" folder.
edit the "Autoexec.cfg"
write "es_load popup" into it.
write "es_load rules" into it.
save & close the "Autoexec.cfg"
