Description

This mod give a player some cash when he type "!cash" but also lose some health.
The player can also type "!health" to get some health but lose some cash.

Each action is accompanied by sounds of CASH/HEALTH.

How much cash is taken/given, health is given/taken each time and how much times
can be configured in the script.

The admins can be also configured in the script with STEAM ID.

!health - gives the player health
!cash - gives the player cash
!cnh1 - disables CNH (admin only)
!cnh0 - enables CNH (admin only)

- Added cvar to control whether to show a MSG every round, and what MSG to show.
- Added msg's when disabling/enabling CNH.
