This Should make for some interesting game play. It makes the weak strong, and the strong weak. The pros help the noobs by taking some of their damage, allowing less experienced players to last a little longer.

Instalation:
1. Extract the zip file to your server's cstrike directory.
2. Add the following line to your server's autoexec.cfg file:

Works great as a stand alone script, but also tested alongside my Adrenaline script and works perfect. Although, you're not going to get adrenaline until toward the end when everyone's health is worn down (unless you get headshots). Still, makes it very interesting.
If you have a system that allows players to gain health, that player's health will stay higher until someone on his team gets hurt. At that point, it will get averaged in with everyone else's health.
