I uploaded a revision and i fixed the write misses :D
THIS ADDON TESTED AND IT'S SUCEFULLY WORKING.
If you write !block u will block for xxx seconds.(You can only block if you and your teamnate write !block)
You can set the time in the config file.
Installation
Upload addon.
Write es_load noblock to server.cfg
Server Restart
