Add es_load looneychat in your autoexec.cfg.
After the first time loading the script, a file called lc_config.cfg will appear in your ..cstrike/addons/eventscripts/looneychat/ folder. Edit that file to your liking.

Description
There are 4 parts to this addon. Below are the descriptions and a pic of each:
- Admin See All Text:
- All Admins are sent any text they normally wouldn't have received (from dead players and non-teammembers using teamonly chat):
- Admin to Admins Text:
- Admins use a command to send messages to All other Admins:
- Admin to Player Text:
- Admins use a command to send messages to a specific player:
- Player to Admins Text:
- Players use a command to send messages to all Admins and no other players:
Installation
Extract Zip file into your ..cstrike/ folder.Add es_load looneychat in your autoexec.cfg.

Added in Mani clients.txt to be used for Admin as well as setting Admins in the config file
Added time based announcements for choice between minutes or number of rounds.
Added in German (thanks to BackRaw) and French (thanks to eric0279) languages
Currently English, German, and French are the only languages available, so please send me some more translations so I can update the file.
