Speed - You become faster. (MAX LEVEL 4)
Gravity - You become lighter. (MAX LEVEL 4)
Weapon - You spawn with an M4A1. (MAX LEVEL 1)
Damage - You do more damage. (MAX LEVEL 10)

Installation

Add to the WCSRaceLoader.cfg... wcs load "Little Panda"
