Did a complete overhaul of the code, re-wrote some of it make it work better, and added a once-off popup that activates and sends itself to a player when they enter the server.

Description
Small script that, when triggered by a headshot kill, displays the name of the person who got the headshot, along with a customizable amount of bonus cash. The cash resets to the user-set variable after a user-set number of rounds.
If a team-kill happens, and this is *not* changeable, the bonus cash is set back to $0.
