Tracks players who are alive to check for camping.
camptime - determines how many seconds before a player is considered to be camping
campradius - determines how far a player has to move since the last check to not be considered a camper (in Valve's map units - 64 = 1.2m = 4 ft)
loop_timer - (0/1) loop runs every 2 seconds (0) or 1 second (1)
exclude_weapons - comma-separated setting for weapons that are okay to camp with (generally things like scout)
exclude_send_message - if a player has a weapon in the exclude_weapons list, this determines if it still notifies players that the player is camping, but does not punish them
Punishment timer options:
All punishment timer options are in seconds, and they start at the time specified AFTER the camptime has been reached. Punishment happens every loop cycle (every 1 or 2 seconds, set in loop_timer). Set an option to -1 to disable it.
Fixed: else do... else do... beacon per team color now works properly
Fixed: 99.9999% of people probably didn't even notice that I forgot to change the variable name that announces the version of anticamp when you load it (as most people will just load it through autoexec, while I generally test by unload/load)
