SurfTools are three little tools

You can set them all just for some special maps or for all maps!
NEW:
you can set the setting !block, if the player writes !block in the chat he becomes for X seconds blocking

Installation
You need for the respawn tool, ES_TOOLS, this version: http://forums.eventscripts.com/viewtopic.php?t=34962
just extract the zipfile into your cstrike dir and start it ;)
To edit the settings open the surftools.py with a TextEditor and edit the vars (comments are behind the vars and they will help you) But watch out, it's Python, Python needs a correct syntax!
