A Simple Script, which load the "perfekt" Surfsettings. You can also change the settings

additional Info:
1. launch steam
2. check propertys of CSS
3. click on set launch option
4. type in this comand: -tickrate 66. then press OK
5. then launch CSS as normal
That told me Spiderbite, with this settings, he say it's better to surf ! Check it out

Copy the folder Addon in your Game Directory
Type es_load surfsettings in your autoexec.cfg
