This script shows how a stats script could be made.
Almost each step is explained in it so that you can understand what is done here and know how to use it in your own script. The comments in this script are not finished but maybe you understand the rest anyway. :D
Maybe I will go on with that some day.
It works and can be used for public too.

Installation
Just unzip it to your server's cstrike directory.
The script requires popup and keymenu. Thus you should load them first.
This are the entries in your server's autoexec.cfg you need:
es_load popup
es_load Keymenu
es_load stats_script

I added some comments but only on two thirds of the script...
Maybe I will finish that but I no longer feel like it.

I also removed some mistakes but maybe not all of them.
