Lets you win XP and Credits on the lotteries on http://esl.ojii.ch!
Installation

[*]Install sourcerpg if you haven't installed it yet.
[*]Go to http://esl.ojii.ch and create a (free) account to get an API key
[*]Add your server to esl.ojii.ch to get a server key
[*]Download and extract the zipfile on this page.
[*]Edit 'keys.txt' (put your server key and API key in there)
[*]Upload the files (keys.txt and srpg_lottery.py) to your gameserver (to /addons/eventscripts/srpg_lottery/)
[*]Put es_load srpg_lottery into your autoexec.cfg AFTER you load sourcerpg!
[*]Restart server
