It's based on all sort of effects like ma_effects, Te commands, and valve default env_explosion (I will soon add more). I didn't made combination of effects but you are welcome to create any that I will very gladly add.
Remember to add to download the default vmt in texturelist.txt in cfg\mani_admin_plugin !!!
Just present your amazing effect with a picture.
Instalation notes
Place cstrike folder
add to autoexec.cfg es_load spawn_effect
If you wanna go thru all effects: rcon es_xset effect_spawn_effect "1" (to 20)
