Spreads Snow in the air Around map Depending on via Config
Commands:
!snow
To add a snow point where it will spawn
*First Load*
On first load the cfg will be created in /cfg
Installation
1.Extract zip in cstrike
2.Added es_load snow to autoexec
3.Restart sever
