BASIC_AUTH_ADMIN_LIST "STEAM_ID_LAN;STEAM_X:X:XXXXXX;"
and
es_load dissolver
* Basic Auth has to be loaded before Deathmatch
* Restart server
* Then Config to your likeness

Added dissolve_ to front of all commands encase of mods have same cmds
