SCA-Admins can type !sca, and they will get a menu where they can change:
sv_accelerate
sv_airaccelerate
sv_alltalk
and much more
only tested at css, but works great there ;)

Installation
put es_servercommandadmin.txt in your cstrie\addons\eventscripts\servercommandadmin
and then add the following line to your autoexec.cfg
es_load servercommandadmin
