Shows a popup of all the players that have recently left the game. Allows admins to ban these players. Has support for loading in a custom admin list or loading the admins from mani admin. Has support for logging the bans to an external file and setting the ban time.
Installation
1. extract files to a directory.
2. Drag and drop it to your cstrike folder.
3. edit the settings.cfg and admins.txt if you chose to use it.
4. add es_load lastMan to you autoexec.cfg
5. change map.
