Description

[b]jWarn[/b] is a warning system. It allows admins to issue warnings to players which will show up on the offender's HUD.
Admins can [b]!see[/b] a player's warnings, and optionally remove any.
Players are also allowed to type !warnings into chat and be shown how many warnings they have.

- Uses a Python dictionary instead of a keygroup to store warnings (MASSIVE performance benefit).
- Uses AUTH to manage admins.
