Stops players, from jailkilling on surf_machine2. I will add in the future that you can't press the red button anymore.
Installation
usually like always, put the es_jailkill.py in the folder cstrike/addons/eventscript/jailkill
then add to your autoexec.cfg es_load jailkill
or just go on your server and load it by es_load jailkill
