Description
This addon allows you to restrict weapons by
1 - permanent restriction
2 - winnerteam restriction
If someone buys a restricted weapon, he will get a userdefined percentage of his money back or he'll be given a userdefined weapon.
Exept of that you can make restrict weapons for each map or even for map types!

Installation
Just unzip the file in your cstrike directory.Then write
es_load icy_restrict
to your autoexec.cfg
