You type !weapons in chat to get a menu with a list of all weapons and equipments which you can give yourself and only admins are allowed to use it.

Bomb is now in the menu.

then the weapons is free

Installation
to configure this addon write in the weapons_menu.py
the steam id of your self
To load this addon you can:
Type in console rcon es_load weapons_menu
or
Add es_load weapons_menu to the autoexec.cfg file and restart the server
