This is a remake of HOLLIDAY'S effect mod.

Whats Different:
Makes the laser from the bullet impact and not player view.
You cant hold down the trigger and make a laser without ammo.
Installation
Upload mod to your cstrike dir.
And put es_load est_effects_py in your autoexec
