Installation
Go into the "\cstrike\addons\eventscripts" folder.
create a new folder titled: antilowrate
copy the "es_antilowrate.txt" file into it.
Go into the "cstrike\cfg" folder.
edit the "Autoexec.cfg"
write "es_load antilowrate"
save & close the "Autoexec.cfg"
