This script checks if the clients variable 'cl_downloadfilter' is either 'all' or something else, which will kick the player from the Server.
- You can add Steam IDs into the whitelist.txt to prevent users being kicked.

Installation
Extract the dlcheck.zip
Copy the folder addons into your server basic folder
Type es_load dlcheck into your autoexec
All done :)
