Disguise Mod is a very simple plugin written in Python which allows players to purchase a "disguise" as the opposing team. It's fun with a lot of players.
Installation

[*]Extract the ZIP contents to your server's cstrike folder
[*]Add "es_load disguisemod" (without quotation marks) to cfg/autoexec.cfg
