Allows you to easily add decals/adverts to maps.
Not text-adverts. But pictures! :)
I'm sure you all know Mani Admin Plugins "Map Adverts". This is just like that!
You edit the maps/locations/decals in
..\cfg\eventscripts\cma\map_adverts.txt
- The script automatically makes the client download the decals. If necessary.

Installation
Extract to cstrike\
Edit ..\cfg\eventscripts\cma\map_adverts.txt to your likings!
Add "es_xload cma" in your ..\cfg\autoexec.cfg
Restart your server

Now uses INI file instead of TXT.
Shouldn't crash on Linux.
You can now add decals from server console: !cma <map> <x> <y> <z> <material>
