This addon will ban the IP of a banned player.
So ban by SteamID and the next time the banned player tries to join this addon will ban there IP.
Even if they change IP it will ban that one to.
The ban timer is set to 5 minutes so it will not interfere with mani ban.
Requirements
Eventscripts 2.0 or newer
Installation
unzip bip.zip
copy the addons folder in to your cstrike folder.
add es_load badip to your autoexec.cfg.
restart the server or change maps.

Rewrote the script in Python.
Added version info.
You can type badip into console and you should see the version and other info.
Works on CSS servers.
May work in other valve games but has not been tested.
