Everyone hate hacker on the own server, this addon prevent ur server against NameChanger
You could limit how often a User is allowed to change the name.
If the User reaches the Limit, he'll be Banned or Kicked
The addon shows the Player how often he could change the name, until kick or ban

Installation
to activate the addon, add this line to autoexec.cfg or server.cfg:
[b]es_load anc[/b]
unzip the archiv and insert the unzipped folder into /cstrike/
or
unzip the archiv and browse the unziped folder up to the folder anc, upload the anc folder into addons/eventscripts/
