UltimateGrenades is a quite simple script, but it can be very fun and entertaining. At the start of each round, the buyzones are removes, you get stripped of all weapons, then given a HE grenade, and if you want, a knife. If you kill somebody with a grenade, you get a health boost. Also, every time a grenade detonates, you get a new one.
Installation
Extract the UltimateGrenades.zip file into your server's 'cstrike' directory.
If you want this on permenantly, add the following line you your [b]cfg/autoexec.cfg[/b] file.

If you want it on only sometimes, use es_load ultimategrenades with RCON. [rcon es_load ultimategrenades for users with RCON, ma_rcon es_load ultimategrenades for users with Mani RCON]
