this addons gives a scout on spawn, and restricts you from scoping if you scope you get a new gun and it takes 1 health of each time you scope.
it also restricts knives and is mainly for scoutz knivez server.
you get a scout when yoou scope

Installation
extract to your desktop and upload addons directory to your cstrike directory in your server and load it by typing in es_load no_scope
