This small mod will load and unload SourceTV for your server. I noticed that not many people don't use SourceTV (whether it's because they don't want to or know how, I don't know). In any case, you now can. If you do not wish to run the SourceTV server, simply rcon es_unload stv.
Installation
1) Extract files into your /cstrike/ directory.
2) load STV (rcon es_load stv)
3) change the map to activate the server
to stop sourcetv, simply do this:
rcon es_unload stv
