Thanks to OPCAdmin

Create a player_spawn.cfg file with the following in it:

es ma_sethealth event_var(userid) 9999 es ma_psay event_var(userid) SAS Spawn Protection ON es_delayed 4 ma_sethealth event_var(userid) 100 es_delayed 4 es ma_psay event_var(userid) SAS Spawn Protection OFF

This will give players 9999 health for 4 secs on spawning, then reset it to 100

Note: Needs Mani to work
