Addon Details

This is principally aimed at people using my admin tools addons (Reserve Slots, Team Balance, TK Protect etc) to make adding new admins easier. An admin who is already in the list can now say !add (name or part of players name) to add that named player to the admins list. A menu pops up up asking them to confirm their choice and then will tell both them and the new admin that they have been added. I am currently working on compiling all my admin addons into one pack which also contains this feature but thought I would release it on it's own as well.
