Installation
you need to put the " resetscore " like this
cstrike/addons/eventscripts and you put the resetscore archive all... not only the resetscore.txt ok?
Now you need to go to the autoexec.cfg of the server
if you dont have that .cfg file create him.
and put this in autoexec.cfg
es_load resetscore
You need the Mattie's Eventscripts plugin, this is a system for plugins ! :)
