This is a pretty sweet addon. With a chat command to open the menu and a console command to open the menu. There's no real point to this addon, it's just pretty awesome and you can scare your friends i guess. Or even pretend to haunt them!
Installation
1. Extract to your cstrike directory
2. Add es_load skins to your server.cfg
3. Restart your server

In your server console
