Description

The details of the script are on the 2.5 update page.
This is just a simple update for the rules each round.
It was using RCon commands, which aren't workin on some servers.

Should work now with es.

Installation

Make a folder named PhantOmDM in your Eventscripts folder under the Addons Dir/ and place this folder in there.

Put this in your Autoexec.cfg
es_load PhantOmDM
