2. Install Awuh's ES Tools plugin (v0.417a or higher): http://forums.mattie.info/cs/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3413
3. Extract the zip into your cstrike directory or from the console type es_install musicmod
4. Add the following line somewhere in autoexec.cfg: es_load musicmod
5. Put whatever sounds you want people to hear in the config block under SOUNDS: (follow the instructions in the script)... and make sure the sounds are available on your server for download by the client.
Fixed printing in the console the sounds that will be downloaded.

Allows clients on your server to play music to themselves if they're bored.
