The idea comes from an old mod in quake 3 arena.
The goal is to freeze all opponents to win the round for both side. Mates can be unfrozen with cut.
The water effect, quake hit sound, fast moving, rocket jump etc. can be enabled/disabled.
Installation
Unzip all is cstrike directory
