DisCon is a very simple connect and disconnect message plugin.
Currently (in-game) it will show the following on connect:

and on disconnect:
[img]http://i.imgur.com/o12Kf.jpg[/img]
This has only been tested on Counter-Strike: Source, but may work on all source servers.
Installation
• Download the DisCon.zip file from here.
• Extract the DisCon.zip in to your server installation folder (/cstrike/).
• Access your server.cfg and add the following line: es_load discon
• Done and have fun!
