Can be configured to change the number or players that will toggle the sv_alltalk.
By default it is set to 6, so that a 7th player will turn sv_alltalk off and when it goes back to 6 sv_alltalk will turn on.
Installation
Simple standard installation.
Just copy the folder into your server and add the es_load into your server.cfg file.
