Version Notes: Added another option, where you choose your skin. You can now choose "off". Idea by Nemaides, so that it doesn't overwrite admin skins.
I don't have a server, so this version is untested. Please let me know if it gives you any errors.

Version Notes: Had a few places where I should have used es_x instead of just es_.. Fixed now
Also when you had chosen a skin in !skin, it would say Urban Desert no matter what you changed it to.. Also fixed
