This little update only handles the spawn-point saycommand in a Say-Filter rather than register a saycommand (for on-the-fly configuration changes): if you now save your configuration and type the say-command you configured for the spawn-point editor, the new command will immediately be recognized, without reloading the addon.

- Imported SmartSpawns for spawnpoints, thanks to sicman for the info and thanks to JoeyT2006 for the script! - Setup the ES_Tools CVars up again, because the server was lagging with weaponlib, sorry. But you need it for spawning, so why not use more CVars ;) - When a player drops his weapon (except if he/she is dying), he/she will get his weapon again. - Server won't crash anymore. IDK why that happened, but now it doesn't anymore =)
